Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to capture clients' histories, experiences, and current challenges, leading to tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that these approaches resonate with the cultural contexts of clients.

• Provide structured individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focused on addressing mental health concerns and enhancing coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care, discussing patient insights, progress, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention services to support clients facing acute mental health challenges while remaining calm and composed during high-pressure situations.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical requirements while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
