Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health needs and conditions, creating a foundation for tailored treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range widely in age and backgrounds, each with unique mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping them develop coping strategies, achieve meaningful milestones, and enhance their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong capacity to empathize and connect with clients.

• Demonstrated experience in compassionate, non-judgmental client interactions.
\n
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload smoothly.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings or teletherapy.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Attractive salary range between $90,000 and $104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and years of experience.
