Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess clients’ psychological well-being and identify appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans based on client needs, using evidence-based methodologies tailored to each situation.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions that focus on enhancing emotional regulation, communication skills, and resilience among clients.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to deliver integrated treatment plans that address all aspects of clients' wellbeing.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during urgent situations, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, therapy processes, and available resources and support systems within the community.

• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, assessments, treatment progress, and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team collaborations to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health therapy and telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
