Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and customize therapy sessions based on individual client goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, during individual therapy sessions with adult clients.

• Employ technology to deliver high-quality teletherapy services, ensuring that clients receive consistent support, even during crisis situations.

• Document interactions and maintain accurate records while minimizing paperwork to allow for a greater focus on client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and workshops to stay current on best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique mental health challenges. You will be working primarily with adult clients who require tailored therapeutic interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
