Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular assessments using our automated symptom self-assessments and monitor functional improvement, tailoring treatment plans based on clients’ progress.

• Utilize our user-friendly therapist portal to maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation, minimizing paperwork to enhance your effectiveness.

• Engage in regular consultations and receive support from our Therapy Leadership Team to ensure the highest quality of care.
\n
• Formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with DSM V standards, and develop comprehensive treatment plans to address each client’s unique challenges.
\n
• Implement a variety of therapeutic models, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy, during sessions tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, creating a unified approach to client care that encompasses a wide spectrum of needs.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic care through live video sessions, ensuring clients receive regular support and encouragement in a clinically effective manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily serve adults struggling with various emotional disorders, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. We welcome therapists who are enthusiastic about treating clients from all demographic backgrounds and are dedicated to providing inclusive, culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program, such as a MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, or PsyD.

• An existing independent license in clinical social work (LCSW), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), or professional counseling (LPC) issued within the United States; multiple state licenses are highly regarded.

• A proven commitment to treating diverse populations and delivering culturally responsive mental health care.
