Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building strong client relationships.

• Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic approach with a non-judgmental attitude appropriate for therapeutic engagement.

• Show strong organizational and time-management capabilities, effectively balancing client caseloads and therapy documentation.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure board.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and a history of providing therapy for clients with various diagnoses is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
