This remote position allows for a flexible work-life balance, with a core schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and various other modalities that facilitate effective mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team by participating in regular case consultations, utilizing collective expertise to enhance client care and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active clinical license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Preferred Experience\n
