Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in various essential duties, including:

• Conducting one-on-one video sessions with clients, focusing on their unique mental health needs and goals.

• Facilitating discussions around clients’ emotions and experiences to promote self-awareness and insight into their relationships.

• Advocating effectively for clients and empowering them to define and achieve their personal mental health goals.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who are motivated to improve their mental health. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
