Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This counselor role primarily focuses on individuals from diverse backgrounds coping with various mental health challenges. Working with populations including families, children, and adults, the counselor will provide culturally competent care that respects and understands each client's unique circumstances. By addressing complex issues such as trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and relationship conflicts, this role has a meaningful impact on improving clients' quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license in the state of New York, specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working directly with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• A competitive salary between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
