Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents who are navigating a spectrum of mental health issues. Your expertise will focus on recognizing and treating conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral challenges. Understanding the unique perspectives of young individuals is crucial in fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within New York state.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience working with children and adolescents preferred.

• Strong knowledge base of child and adolescent mental health disorders, with proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and family therapy, demonstrating effectiveness with diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus, which acknowledges the value you bring to our organization.
