Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will primarily involve children and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. Associates-level licenses are not applicable for this role.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a closely related field, complemented by a Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate, child-centered approach to therapy.

• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure thorough documentation and information sharing.

• A demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n
