This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely through our telehealth platform. You will be fully supported by a collaborative team environment that prioritizes staff well-being and patient care. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. This flexibility allows for important work-life balance while still providing critical support to our young clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that effectively evaluate the needs of children and adolescents, identifying issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques to meet the specific needs of each young patient, facilitating healing and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience delivering both individual and family therapy to young clients.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Ability to establish rapport with children, adolescents, and their families, fostering trust and open dialogue.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications to manage patient data effectively.

• Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to cohesive care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
