This position operates within an outpatient office setting, allowing for a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration. The typical work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain the needs specific to children and adolescents.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation according to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with children and adolescents who may be experiencing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. This role requires a nuanced understanding of the developmental milestones and challenges faced by young individuals, alongside the complexities of family dynamics that influence their mental health. Your efforts will significantly contribute to improving their mental health outcomes and fostering fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience working with children and adolescents is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate, child-centered approach to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
