Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions via video chat and, as needed, in-person, enabling clients to explore their emotions and experiences in a safe environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to establish baseline conditions and identify specific needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client goals, using evidence-based methodologies and tailored interventions.

• Advocate for clients' needs, assisting them in setting achievable and measurable goals for progress in their mental health journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to legal standards and organizational policies, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

• Participate in regular clinical reviews and team meetings to discuss client outcomes and share best practices for holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, offering support to individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and circumstances, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.
