Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of students and create individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work closely with students to set measurable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote positive outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy modalities effectively, ensuring comfort and accessibility for clients, especially those in underserved or remote areas.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential with no disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
