This position offers a fully remote working environment, allowing our counselors to provide therapy from the comfort of their own home while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. Our structured schedule is designed for efficiency and consistency, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring no weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Document clinical notes meticulously and accurately, keeping records compliant with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that lead to improved patient outcomes.

• Utilize telehealth platforms adeptly to enhance client engagement and provide flexible therapy options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
