Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's journey toward recovery.

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies that suit individual client needs.

• Monitor and document clients' progress over time, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
