Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments through interviews and standardized testing, employing evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address patients’ individual needs.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity and privacy of client information.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop and/or enhance comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure quality care and share professional insights among colleagues.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families by informing them about mental health disorders, treatment options, and relevant community resources.

Qualifications\n
