Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments, including intake evaluations and ongoing assessments, to understand client histories and identify their unique needs.
\n
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans, regularly reviewing and optimizing them based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Build and maintain therapeutic alliances with clients to support their emotional and psychological growth, ensuring a safe and welcoming virtual environment.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state and federal regulations, submitting records within 24 to 48 hours.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with the latest research, techniques, and ethical practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. This role requires sensitivity to varying cultural perspectives and individual experiences, ensuring that care is both personalized and inclusive. Our clients often face issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma histories, and transitional life stresses, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical or private practice setting.

• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competency and the provision of inclusive care that addresses the unique needs of diverse populations.

• Ability to work independently with a strong emphasis on self-motivation and time management to effectively manage a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting or understanding of teletherapy practices is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
