Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.

• Conduct one-on-one teletherapy sessions, implementing specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others tailored to client needs.

• Establish achievable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records to uphold professional and ethical standards in documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences to deepen your knowledge and skills in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
