Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients by utilizing various screening tools to evaluate mental health concerns, enabling you to formulate personalized and actionable treatment plans.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and address unique challenges, modifying them based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, actively engaging clients in their thought processes and facilitating personal growth.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic and cooperative approach to care, guaranteeing that all aspects of a client’s health are addressed.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the therapeutic process, fostering an environment of support and understanding to enhance each client's recovery experience.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment progress and communication.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
