Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to promote personal growth and emotional healing.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor progress to ensure accountability and measurable improvements in well-being.

• Provide teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay current with the latest practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will predominantly consist of diverse adults dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals toward improved mental health and resilience by offering a safe space for expression and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as either LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

• A non-judgmental attitude that fosters a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, enabling the handling of a diversified caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing teletherapy, particularly in a remote counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload size.
