Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings of patients to identify mental health needs, establish effective treatment plans, and track progress.

• Provide individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention support tailored to the unique issues faced by patients, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops focused on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and personal development.

• Collaborate with an array of departments, including medical staff and patient support services, to ensure that each patient receives well-rounded care.

Qualifications\n
