Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to thoroughly evaluate the patients' trauma histories and psychological needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver effective therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and progressing through their healing journeys.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care approaches for each patient.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization for patients.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, resilience-building techniques, and available community resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring accurate record keeping for therapy sessions and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
