This position offers a full-time remote work setting, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while maintaining necessary connections with our hospice center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories, focusing on identifying effective personalized treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience enhancement.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing their trauma, cultivating coping skills, and fostering healing.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and holistic care for each patient.

• Respond to trauma-related emergencies by providing crisis intervention and immediate support.
\n
• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma responses, available resources, and coping mechanisms to aid recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines to support effective treatment.
\n
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and trauma-informed care.
\n
• Stay updated on the latest research and innovative practices in trauma therapy to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from diverse backgrounds who have experienced trauma in various forms. Many will be coping with PTSD, complex trauma, and related dissociative disorders. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding them through their healing journeys, helping to cultivate their resilience and ability to function in daily life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada is required.

• A strong understanding of the principles of trauma-informed care and resilience-building practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on trauma-related disorders.

• Demonstrable experience in utilizing trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• The ability to remain composed and efficient in high-stress situations, ensuring effective patient care.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant office applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
