Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Bright Minds, you will:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand the trauma history and identify suitable treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize recovery from trauma and the enhancement of coping mechanisms.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients to process their trauma and establish healthy coping strategies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure a comprehensive, integrative approach to patient care.
\n
• Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and available resources for support.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development focused on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and practices in trauma therapy to enhance clinical effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
\n
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-related disorders and various trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
