Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a strong connection to our team and clients through various digital platforms. While most of your hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required in a rotating schedule to accommodate clients seeking therapy during non-traditional hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to create and modify individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with each client’s specific goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Provide educational resources and ongoing support to clients and their families regarding symptoms, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans in a timely manner to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Work in synergy with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted aspects of mental health.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance your clinical practice.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and acquire new therapeutic approaches.

• Serve as a champion for clients’ rights and mental health needs, working towards de-stigmatization in the realm of mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. You will work with clients from various backgrounds and walks of life, providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care. This role is vital in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and ultimately achieve improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrable experience in delivering therapeutic services, with a strong emphasis on mood disorders.

• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and the capacity to discuss medication options with clients in collaboration with psychiatrists.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to foster trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, specifically focusing on mood disorders.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT, demonstrating effective patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, offering competitive compensation commensurate with experience, plus additional performance bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
