Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life effectively. While most hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some evening and weekend shifts may be required on a rotational basis. Our telework model is designed to promote clinical autonomy while ensuring consistent support and resources from our team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client growth and recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment.
\n
• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting strategies and interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Work alongside psychiatrists and allied health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive assessments that inform their treatment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and advances in mood disorder treatments.

• Act as an advocate for clients, focusing on de-stigmatizing mood disorders and ensuring their voices are heard and respected within the mental health community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients dealing with a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. Our patient population is diverse; therefore, you will have the opportunity to engage with individuals from various cultural, socio-economic, and demographic backgrounds. This role not only highlights your therapeutic skills but also emphasizes cultural competence and sensitivity when addressing mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and valid mental health licensure in the state of Washington, such as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients of various backgrounds.

• Knowledge of psychopharmacology, enabling meaningful collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience focusing on the treatment of mood disorders.

• Experience working in a remote telehealth setting is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
