Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, incorporating standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to understand their unique experiences.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders, adapting techniques to fit individual client needs.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback, and documenting changes in a manner that meets legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
