Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client caseload will include individuals dealing with a variety of challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. We aim to serve a diverse population, necessitating a deep understanding of cultural competence in therapy practices. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds will be essential in facilitating their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Washington.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy in individual and group settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
