Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual client needs.
