Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, tailoring your approach to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with clients in developing individualized treatment plans that focus on their specific needs and goals, ensuring client engagement and ownership of their mental health journey.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in managing their mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to foster understanding and support systems.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to interventions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive mental health care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and clinical guidelines in the field of mental health, ensuring that your practices are aligned with the highest standards of evidence-based care.

• Maintain rigorous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment strategies in compliance with state laws and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their own unique perspectives and challenges. Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on mood disorders.

• Strong foundation in counseling techniques, particularly those relevant to mood disorder treatment.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
