Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Each session is tailored to deliver the most effective therapeutic interventions based on client needs.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments followed by the development of personalized treatment plans, ensuring designated goals and approaches align with each client's unique journey toward recovery.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators—to create an integrated care plan that addresses all aspects of a client's health, improving integration of services and client outcomes.

• Maintain diligent and secure electronic health records that facilitate ongoing assessment and track client progress while upholding confidentiality standards mandated by HIPAA.

• Engage in clinical supervision and participate in ongoing education sessions to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling, ensuring adherence to licensure demands.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our commitment to our staff is reflected in our competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
