Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations during initial consultations to accurately assess clients’ needs and document findings throughout the treatment process.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, ensuring they cater to the unique challenges faced by individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to empower clients on their healing journey.
\n
• Continuously monitor and assess clients’ progress throughout their treatment plans, making necessary adjustments to improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Follow up and coordinate care with hospital psychiatrists and attending physicians for clients requiring inpatient support, ensuring continuity of care.

• Identify and work to prevent obstacles to recovery, equipping clients with strategies to overcome challenges as they arise.

• Provide guidance and support to family members and primary caregivers, helping them manage and understand their loved ones’ mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Mindsight serves a varied client population encompassing individuals of all ages facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be to foster a therapeutic environment that respects cultural differences, engages clients in their treatment, and promotes recovery through individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, preferably AVATAR, facilitating effective documentation and client management.
\n
• Strong communication skills to engage clients effectively and collaborate with professionals across disciplines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a mental health counseling capacity, demonstrating successful therapeutic outcomes and client engagement.

• Deep understanding of co-occurring mental and physical health disorders, as well as addiction issues.

• Knowledge of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) best practices to enhance treatment delivery.

• Experience with medication management and understanding of how prescribed medications impact mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
