Key Responsibilities\n

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments, focusing on specific mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

  Administer both initial and ongoing assessments to accurately identify the needs and strengths of clients, ensuring that their treatment objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

  Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach to suit the preferences and needs of each client, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness strategies, and crisis intervention methods as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients comprise a wide range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various life challenges. You will play a crucial role in supporting students grappling with the pressures of school life, as well as adults experiencing transitions or difficulties in personal and professional realms. By fostering a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship, you will help clients develop the skills needed to cope effectively with their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

  A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting.

  Current licensure in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

  Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
