Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide mental health therapy safely and effectively from your home or any location that fits your schedule. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. As part of a collaborative and inclusive team, you will participate in regular online meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team objectives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique experiences and challenges faced by each patient, informing the development of personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve patients from multifaceted backgrounds, including various ethnic and cultural groups, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrant communities. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring that these populations receive the mental health care they deserve in an environment that respects and embraces their unique identities and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• Experience in providing culturally responsive therapy to diverse individuals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
