Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments that carefully evaluate patients’ trauma histories and help in developing personalized treatment strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, utilizing techniques that may include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process their trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and foster resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care tailored to individual patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with us, you will work primarily with individuals who have experienced significant trauma. This includes clients facing challenges such as PTSD, complex trauma, and various dissociative disorders. You will play a critical role in their healing journey, leveraging your expertise to create a safe, nurturing space for emotional expression and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

\n
• Demonstrated ability to deliver trauma-focused therapies and interventions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly focused on trauma recovery and mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
