Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to gain insights into each patient’s trauma history and current mental health status.

• Craft and execute tailored treatment plans designed to meet the unique recovery needs of each individual, focusing on trauma recovery and resilience building.

• Employ evidence-based interventions, including modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing, coping strategies, and robust recovery paths for patients.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective treatment approach.

• Provide essential crisis intervention support, offering immediate assistance during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating calm and effective decision-making.

• Educate clients and families about trauma responses and available resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the recovery process.

• Document all patient interactions accurately and confidentially, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW within the state of Nevada.

• Strong foundational knowledge in trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities, ensuring a compassionate approach to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually , commensurate with experience and expertise.
