Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique trauma experiences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring each approach is customized to meet individual client needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing their trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and promoting overall mental health.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support across various dimensions of their health and wellbeing.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies related to trauma, helping clients navigate high-stress situations with compassion.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
