Work Environment\n

This position is designed as a remote role, offering flexibility while enabling you to connect with clients through our telehealth platform. You will be part of a collaborative team that values professional development and works toward delivering the highest standard of care. The work schedule will generally be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, some flexibility may be necessary based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and design appropriate treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and facilitating trauma recovery.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients in their healing journeys.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, creating safe spaces for clients to express their feelings and develop effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies to support client safety and well-being.
\n
• Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources for ongoing support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with all legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations and actively participate in team meetings to share knowledge and enhance treatment practices.

• Stay informed on current research and best practices related to trauma therapy to enrich your professional practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele who are navigating trauma-related challenges. This includes individuals coping with PTSD, those who have experienced significant life changes, and clients with complex trauma histories. Your work will be instrumental in helping clients process their experiences and rebuild their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a relevant setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment methodologies.
\n
• Competent in delivering a range of trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
\n
• Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in working within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver comprehensive patient care.

• Specialized training or certifications in trauma therapy techniques are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
