Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs and challenges.

• Collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment plans focused on their specific goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds. Each plan will reflect our trauma-informed approach.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group settings.

• Providing crisis intervention services, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure a continuum of care for patients facing acute distress.
\n
• Documenting clinical progress diligently, including maintaining progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, all in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Offering psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to manage mental health conditions effectively.
\n
• Engaging collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to deliver holistic care to all patients.

• Regularly assessing treatment outcomes and adjusting therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Staying abreast of current research and best practices within the mental health field, integrating relevant findings into your clinical practice.

• Adhering to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality of all client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
\n
• Proficient in individual and group therapy techniques, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have specific training in trauma-informed care or related methodologies. Experience working within telehealth platforms is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
