Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed evaluations to assess patients' histories and identify appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and resilience, incorporating evidence-based practices such as EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at assisting clients in processing their trauma, building coping mechanisms, and fostering recovery.

• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide holistic and integrated treatment options, ensuring comprehensive care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in trauma-related emergencies, offering professional guidance during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced trauma and related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
