Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Lead therapeutic sessions that not only support the processing of trauma but also help patients develop essential coping strategies and life skills.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and establish supportive measures during trauma-related emergencies, fostering a sense of safety for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California is essential for this role.

• Demonstrable understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed therapeutic modalities, alongside experience in developing resilience-based therapeutic interventions.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with standard computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
