Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' histories, diagnosing trauma-related conditions accurately, and identifying their specific needs.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, happiness, and resilience, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions that encourage patients to process their trauma, learn effective coping strategies, and foster community support.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care plans for each client.

• Respond effectively to crises, providing essential support during emotional emergencies to stabilize and assist clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, potential coping mechanisms, and available resources to empower them on their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, aligning with professional legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops centered around trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
