Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to identify clients' trauma histories and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients in their healing journey.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated care approach that addresses all aspects of a patient’s well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies during emergencies and support clients in navigating their most challenging moments.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
