This position allows for a remote working arrangement, enabling you to provide care to patients from the comfort of your home or preferred setting. While our practice operates primarily on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of our patients, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individualized treatment strategies centered around trauma recovery, using therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through the recovery process, helping them develop coping mechanisms, and promoting holistic healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and integrated healthcare for our patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention in trauma-related emergencies, delivering support and guidance as needed.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, healthy coping strategies, and available resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
