Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, enabling our therapists to engage with patients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a strong connection with our multidisciplinary team. Our collaborative environment allows for regular case consultations and team meetings, fostering a culture of support and professional growth. You can expect flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining consistent office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some adjustments required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather detailed insights into patients’ histories and to inform treatment planning.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and coping strategy development.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to meet diverse patient needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive space for patients to process their trauma and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for patients, thus enhancing treatment efficacy.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate intervention strategies, offering support and stabilization during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, resilience-building techniques, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accord with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance while facilitating patient care.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focusing on trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches.

• Stay updated with the latest research, theories, and practices in trauma therapy, continually enhancing your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Mental Health Therapist will primarily revolve around working with individuals affected by trauma, including those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
