Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories, strengths, and therapeutic needs, ensuring an understanding of the unique impact of trauma on their lives.

• Creating and executing individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based, focusing particularly on resilience-building and growth, tailored to each patient's journey.

• Delivering individual and group therapy sessions utilizing specialized modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Working collaboratively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to offer a holistic and coordinated approach to mental health care.

• Providing crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients feel supported and safe at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and empathetic approach.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
