Key Responsibilities\n

The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of key functions including:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to assist patients in processing their trauma, developing practical coping strategies, and fostering emotional healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic care approach for each patient.

• Providing crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that clients receive immediate and effective assistance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies aimed at resilience building.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
