Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate client histories and identify suitable therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, emphasizing strength-building and resilience.

• Employ a range of evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions designed to assist clients in processing their trauma experiences and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, integrative care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention support, delivering immediate assistance during trauma-related emergencies while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and community resources to enhance their support systems.

• Produce and maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client care strategies and improve service delivery.

• Stay informed on the latest research and promising practices in the field of trauma therapy to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing mental health therapy, particularly in trauma-focused care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
